All-male singing group Sauti Sol recently caused Kenyan ladies a universal attack of the thirst when they unveiled their chiseled abs after months of working out. Here’s how you can get yours

Bicycles

Lie down and bring your fingers to your temples. Crunch up to bring your right elbow to your left knee while extending you right leg. Then twist your torso to the other side to bring your left elbow to your right knee.

Reverse Crunch

Keep your head and shoulders on the floor and your arms by your sides, thighs vertical and knees at 90 degrees. Then contract your abs and curl your knees towards your chest, keeping your knees at 90 degrees. Pause at the top then lower.

Plank

Lie face down. Keep feet shoulder width apart and body straight. Place your elbows and arms on the ground and raise yourself, keeping body straight. Keep that position as long as you can hold without sagging.

Russian Twist

Lie on your back, arms out to your sides and legs straight up in the air. Twist your body to one side keeping legs straight and shoulders on floor, then the other side.

Jack Knife

Start with your arms behind your head, slightly off the floor, feet together also off the floor. Contract abs bring your arms and legs up simultaneously to touch at the top. Slowly lower and repeat.
